All of our products are eligible for pick up! We actually recomend it to ensure that the tasty goods arrive safely into your arms!

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns however, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us we would be happy to discuss a replacement or refund of your product.

PLEASE NOTE:Melted Chocolate does not count as a damaged item. With weather comes melt products however we do our best to ensure its packed accordingly. We offer local pick up and recomend it over shipping!

SHIPPING

Why is shipping so expensive?
We source out the most efficient and cost effective shippers. Unfortunately their pricing is not in our control. You are always welcome to pick up at one of our local locations.

My package was damaged?
We are so sorry to hear about this! Please immediately take a photo of the damaged products and contact us to assist.

What if my package is lost during shipping?
We recommend that you first reach out to the shipping company and try to resolve with them, as once your package leaves our facility we no longer have control over it. That being said, if your package is truly lost and you can provide proof we would be happy to discuss replacement of your package.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
We currently do not but we hope to in the future! We hope you understand as a small business and with shipping costs increasing we do our best to find you the most afforable prices for shipping.
